One of our customers has recently installed a set of mobile pellet line (MPL) in Indonesia. SIMEC technicians guided and trained the local staffs to finish the installation and adjustment of the complete mobile pellet line.

The factory is located in Padang, preparation works such as ground leveling, concrete, fencing have been done before the MPL transported to the site.

The installation has been proceeded under the guidance of SIMEC engineers. After installing the equipment, the workers cleaned and painted the surface of MPL. Since there are lots of rains at local, the roofing work is of great necessary.

The last step of the MPL installation is commissioning. The PLC system controls the entire producing line. When all the parameters were adjusted according to the customer's production requirement, the MPL can run normally and smoothly.
